Student support

You don't have to do it on your own.

Eight support services, all free to students. Each one says where it is, when it opens and what it handles.

01Services

Eight ways to ask for help.

None of them costs the student anything, and saying so plainly is half the point.

No charge

Academic guidance

One adviser per student in higher education, and a form tutor per class in upper secondary. They review your workload, your progress and your pathway choices.

Accessibility as a requirement, not an add-on

Reasonable adjustments can be requested at enrolment or at any point in the year, and apply to materials, assessment and spaces. The full protocol is in the document centre.

If your circumstances change

If something unexpected happens — financial, medical or family — the case is reviewed within the current term rather than at the next round. Coming forward before the deadline changes what can be done.
