Enrolled students by year, education level and department, disaggregated by sex, area, administration, session and route.
An administrative enrolment register with a single cut-off date. Duplicates between schools are resolved by unique student identifier before aggregation.
Infrastructure
Schools
The number of operating schools by year and department, with their distribution by area and administration.
A directory of schools recorded as active at the close of the annual survey. A school running several sessions is counted once.
Teachers
Teaching staff
Serving teachers by year and department, with the derived student–teacher ratio.
Staff in an active teaching role at the annual cut-off. It excludes administrative and support staff, who are reported separately.
Coverage
Coverage indicators
Net coverage rates by level and cycle, by year and department.
Enrolment at the official age over the projected population of the same age group. The projection used is documented in the methodological manual.
Retention
Retention indicators
Retention, intra-year dropout, grade repetition, transition and over-age, by year and department.
A comparison of start- and end-of-year records, with confirmed transfers between schools deducted.

A single table with every system indicator by department and year, built for comparative analysis.

How to use this data
Every file carries its own variable dictionary. Missing values are left empty and never written as zero: a zero is a figure, an absence is not.
Integration
In a real deployment this catalogue would be served from an API, versioned by year and by cut-off. This prototype's structure is already built for that.
The figures in this prototype are simulations created solely to demonstrate what the platform can do.
