Public participation

We consult before deciding. Then we answer.

What makes a consultation credible is not opening it: it is closing the loop. When the period ends, a reasoned response to every submission received is published.

01How to take part

Four steps, each one on the record.

01

Read the file

The full draft, its technical note and the timetable are published when the period opens.

02

Make your submission

Through the online form, at a local round table, or in writing to the Technical Secretariat.

03

Get a receipt

Every submission is logged with a file number you can use to follow it.

04

Read the reasoned response

When it closes, what went into the final text, what did not, and why, is published submission by submission.
