Public consultation opens on the technical education guidelines
The consultation stays open until 30 September and accepts submissions from individuals, schools and organisations.
The Council has opened the public consultation on the guidelines for strengthening technical education. Any person, school or organisation may make a submission through the form provided.
The consultation file includes the full draft of the guidelines, the technical note behind them and the timetable for the process. When it closes, a report will be published with every submission received and a reasoned response to each, stating which were taken into the final text and why.
The consultation period was extended by twenty days beyond the original plan, at the request of local organisations.
