What clients ask before signing
Do you sell equipment on its own, or only within a project?
Both. The catalogue is quoted by unit, and the equipment can be integrated into a project of ours or of a third party.
What is the typical lead time?
Eight to sixteen weeks depending on the assembly, counted from approval of the fabrication drawings.
What warranty does the equipment carry?
Twenty-four months from commissioning or thirty from shipment, whichever comes first. The warranty covers replacement labour as well.
Can the workshop be audited?
Yes. Supplier audits are routine and are arranged on fifteen days' notice.
