What clients ask before signing
What counts as unavailability?
It is defined in the contract, event by event, before signing. Force majeure and client-requested shutdowns are excluded and listed explicitly.
Is the client's existing team kept on?
In most transitions yes, and it is usually the better outcome. The transfer is agreed before signing, not after.
What visibility does the client have?
Full access to the same dashboard our control centre uses, in real time, plus a signed monthly report.
What is the minimum term?
Thirty-six months. An availability commitment needs at least one full major-maintenance cycle to mean anything.
